,most do not buy on need but on want,&lt;br /&gt;who needs an ipod after all?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Always aks questions where  appropriate such as how much is your phone bill every month?&lt;br /&gt;Do you like paying that much?&lt;br /&gt;Is your mobile contract or pay a lot as you go?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is unique about your product or service?&lt;br /&gt;Do you offer convenience like all your utilities on one bill and cheaper too for example.&lt;br /&gt;If you think there is a cost saving to be made quantify it.&lt;br /&gt;If the prospect is unhappy with the size of his phone bill it can be usefull to use phrases like " so you want to cut the size of your bill let me show you how we can do that"   makes the customer feel involved as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br aquaintances,but in the long run it will help you and your new friends.&lt;br /&gt;Places to look at would be BNI clubs,Bob(business over breakfast club) clubs,chambers of commerce,round table and connect&lt;/a&gt; .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take some time to get a feel for those sites and be prepared to be patient to see any results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interestingly enough  one of the looking for customers or distributors,as this will determine what your elevator pitch will be ,when asked what business you are involved with.&lt;br /&gt;Try to make who ever you meet curious,though don't monopolise the conversation.&lt;br /&gt;The object is to get the other person to talk about themselves more,as they are the most fascinating person they know,the same rings true for everyone.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An experiment was carried out on a plane where a physcologist talked to the person next to him,kept all the conversation focused on the other person and never revealed anything at all about himself.&lt;br /&gt;When the phsycologist's assistant interviewed the man after the flight,the man said the physcologist was the most fascinating person he knew,but did not even know his name or any other details.&lt;br /&gt;Draw your own conclusions from that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what kind of questions will work best?&lt;br /&gt;Try some of these you probably won't get time to use them all.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How did you get your start in .....?&lt;br /&gt;Again this lets them tell their story.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What do you  enjoy most about your trust,this holds true for any one in the world today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Find their hot button.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Find their hot button ,you will know easily when this happens,the other person will be excited ,angry or change their emotional state in some way,make note of this.&lt;br /&gt;Once you have found their hot button,whether it,s paying too much,looking for extra income free time etc etc,that's what they will buy.&lt;br /&gt;This is critical only sell what they will buy and you will be on a winner.&lt;br /&gt;Everybody is motivated by one of two things to avoid pain or make a gain in some way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 Press The Hot Button&lt;br /&gt;So you now know what it is that the propsect will buy so tailor your presentation to that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For example your prospect says that they are tired of high phone bills.&lt;br /&gt;So you then ask How much are you paying?&lt;br /&gt;Do you like paying that much?&lt;br /&gt;Well  I can help you here,would you like to find out how? and then of course you illustrate how you help them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Suppose they complain about their job.&lt;br /&gt;They might complain about the long hours ,lack of apprecaition,,or not being paid enough.&lt;br /&gt;So let's take not being paid enough as our example.&lt;br /&gt; You might ask ,would you like to make more money? and folow up with questions like what would you do with that?what would it mean to you not having that money.&lt;br /&gt;The effect here is to help them sell themselves on the idea of at least looking at your business or service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 Get a Commitment&lt;br /&gt;So you've spent sometime with the prospect,and managed to find out what it is that motivates them to take your service or join your business in their own words.&lt;br /&gt;All you have to do from now on is sell to them using the information that has been freely volunteered to you.&lt;br /&gt;So you're not happy with the size of &lt;br /&gt;This is not the same as why don't you try it? or try it for a month?&lt;br /&gt;The it is any of the services.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This gives the customer the subconsious comfort of avoiding a long term commmitment.&lt;br /&gt;People don't try ,they take action,and once they have taken that action to change their  phone provider or whatever will be loathe to change again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assuming you have recommended the correct service(s) to make them savings   you can then get referrals,and an opportunity to go back and offer more services,once they are comfortable with Utility Warehouse,and the savings that they have made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;People will be happier with your confidence in letting them try the service,with the option of cancelling at a month's notice,and will probably be too lazy to change again ,for the small savings if any that other copanies can provide.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a type='text'>Being  A  Rainmaker</title><content type='html'>You may or may not have heard of the term “Rainmaker”  hopefully in this and following posts I can explain what is meant by the term rainmaker and why you would want to be one.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Originally it was used to mean someone who brought the rain, to produce crops by native Americans, and was a highly valued individual.&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;br /&gt;Today it usually refers to an individual who brings clients and lots of them to a company, with their cash ,it is the customers cash that is the rain, or the lifeblood of any company.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rules  For  Rainmakers&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Listen to and interpret the customers needs/wants&lt;br /&gt;Give customers what they want&lt;br /&gt;Price your product to the £  value show the savings &lt;br /&gt;Show customers the value of what they get &lt;br /&gt;Teach customers to want what they  need&lt;br /&gt;Give a little extra more than expected&lt;br /&gt;Remind customers of the £ value of the savings they get &lt;br /&gt;Thank your customer sincerely and often&lt;br /&gt;Help the customer pay you or place an order with you so they won’t go elsewhere&lt;br /&gt;Ask to do business again&lt;br /&gt;Always answer the question why should I do business with you?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Over the next few posts I will look at some type='text'>Facing The Enemies Within</title><content type='html'>Hi&lt;br /&gt;This is an excerpt from Jim Rohn's e zine&lt;br /&gt;Facing the Enemies Within by Jim Rohn &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We are not born with courage, but neither are we born with fear. Maybe some of our fears are brought on by your own experiences, by what someone has told you, by what you've read in the papers. Some fears are valid, like walking alone in a bad part of town at two o'clock in the morning. But once you learn to avoid that situation, you won't need to live in fear of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fears, even the most basic ones, can totally destroy our ambitions. Fear can destroy fortunes. Fear can destroy relationships. Fear, if left unchecked, can destroy our lives. Fear is one of the many enemies lurking inside us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let me tell you about five of the other enemies we face from within. The first enemy that you've got to destroy before it destroys you is indifference. What a tragic disease this is. "Ho-hum, let it slide. I'll just drift along." Here's one problem with drifting: you can't drift your way to the top of the mountain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second enemy we face is indecision. Indecision is the thief of opportunity and enterprise. It will steal your chances for a better future. Take a sword to this enemy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The third enemy inside is doubt. Sure, there's room for healthy skepticism. You can't believe everything. But you also can't let doubt take over. Many people doubt the past, doubt the future, doubt each other, doubt the government, doubt the possibilities and doubt the opportunities. Worse of all, they doubt themselves. I'm telling you, doubt will destroy your life and your chances of success. It will empty both your bank account and your heart. Doubt is an enemy. Go after it. Get rid of it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The fourth enemy within is worry. We've all got to worry some. Just don't let it conquer you. Instead, let it alarm you. Worry can be useful. If you step off the curb in New York City and a taxi is coming, you've got to worry. But you can't let worry loose like a mad dog that drives you into a small corner. Here's what you've got to do with your worries: drive them into a small corner. Whatever is out to get you, you've got to get it. Whatever is pushing on you, you've got to push back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The fifth interior enemy is over-caution. It is the timid approach to life. Timidity is not a virtue (unlike humility – they are different); in fact, it can be an illness. If you let it go, it'll conquer you. Timid people don't get promoted. They don't advance and grow and become powerful in the marketplace. You've got to avoid over-caution.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do battle with the enemy. Do battle with your fears. Build your courage to fight what's holding you back, what's keeping you from your goals and dreams. Here&lt;br /&gt;      are some of the benefits of this technique.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      1. You won't feel compelled to continue talking after&lt;br /&gt;      asking the question if you force yourself to pause.&lt;br /&gt;      People don't always immediately answer, and pausing&lt;br /&gt;      gives them the opportunity to think a bit.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      2. The number and length of responses will increase.&lt;br /&gt;      People feel more comfortable when you give them time&lt;br /&gt;      to frame their answers, which will likely be more&lt;br /&gt;      comprehensive.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      3. The amount of unsolicited information will increase.&lt;br /&gt;      By not jumping in immediately after they've answered,&lt;br /&gt;      they're given a little time to contemplate what they've&lt;br /&gt;      just said, which may prompt additional comments.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      4. You'll have more time to understand what they've&lt;br /&gt;      said. Since you know you're going to pause, you can&lt;br /&gt;      spend all of your listening time focused on the message,&lt;br /&gt;      not on what you will say next.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      5. You'll have more time to formulate your next comment.&lt;br /&gt;      You can use your pause time to develop your next question&lt;br /&gt;      or statement, which will be more meaningful, since you'll&lt;br /&gt;      possess more relevant information.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;     &lt;br /&gt;      ACTION STEP&lt;br /&gt;      Force yourself to pause after your question, and after&lt;br /&gt;      they answer. I've seen reps hold the "mute" button on their&lt;br /&gt;      phone for a couple of seconds so they restrain themselves.&lt;br /&gt;      Practice this on the phone and in all areas of your householders and business men getting pushing the latest all singing all gadget or service get.&lt;br /&gt;This is where you come in, instead of going straight for the sale, if you ask them lots of questions, and take an interest in the person in front of you or on the other end of the phone, they will come to know trust and like you, especially as you get them talking about their favourite subject themselves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remembering of course  to ask questions about their utilities, with some social chat flung in ,afterwards remember to make a note of any interesting points it, also it will help them when having a bad spell to look at their reasons for starting their own business as success can take a while to arrive, determination and stamina are two key qualities for type='text'>Business Club Training</title><content type='html'>I was at  COE4 business training, at Edinburgh yesterday, the trainers were Rhod Grub and Chris Weir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There was a lot of information to take in and all of it was highly valuable.&lt;br /&gt;It seems that there are a few issues to be aware of ,the main one being to make sure that potential customers are not in contract, if they are and they move they will have a penalty to pay which may outweigh the savings that can be made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember also that the deal you can offer is the best deal on the table, tell them that say “I am going to offer you the best deal from the start rather than waste your time on unnecessary haggling”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the mobile front try and get them to take new handsets, if it’s a provided by your boss most people will take less care of the mobile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also don’t feel in any way intimidated  by being in front of the boss  of the company, he/she is a person just like you.&lt;br /&gt;You represent a large company listed on the FTSE and probably with a bigger turnover than the person in front you, company is doing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also remember that you are there to solve a problem it may not necessarily be all about saving the company money, but any savings made will go straight on to their bottom line as an type='text'>Everybody Wants To Help With Your Business</title><content type='html'>British Gas Customers&lt;br /&gt;British Gas has announced that it will increase gas prices by 14.2% and electricity prices by 14.2% from 19th September 2005.&lt;br /&gt;For the average British Gas customer this will add another £61 a year to your annual gas bill and £39 a year to your annual electricity bill.&lt;br /&gt;Since January 2004 British Gas customers have seen their annual gas and electricity bills rise by £206 a year.&lt;br /&gt;11 million households will be affected.&lt;br /&gt;Powergen Customers&lt;br /&gt;Powergen customers will have seen their gas bills rise by 11.9% and their electricity bills by 7.2% on 31st August 2005.&lt;br /&gt;For the average Powergen customer this will add another £45 a year to your annual gas bill and £20 a year to your annual electricity bill.&lt;br /&gt;Since January 2004 Powergen customers have seen their annual gas and electricity bills rise by £117 a year.&lt;br /&gt;5 million households will be affected.&lt;br /&gt;London Energy / SWEB Energy / Seeboard Energy Customers&lt;br /&gt;If you are a customer of one of these companies you will already have seen your electricity bills rise by 11% and your gas bills increase by a massive 15.5% on 5th August 2005.&lt;br /&gt;For the typical London Energy, SWEB Energy and Seeboard Energy customer this will add another £63 a year to your annual gas bill and £30 a year to your annual electricity bill.&lt;br /&gt;Since January 2004 London Energy, SWEB Energy and Seeboard Energy customers have seen their annual gas and electricity bills rise by £180 a year.&lt;br /&gt;5 million households have been affected.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The above is copied from an e mail I received today, this is one of a couple of things that I found thought provoking today.&lt;br /&gt;One of the other things was mentioned in today’s hotnews from  telecom Plus head office.&lt;br /&gt;Namely that most comparison sites actually receive financial incentives to promote the customers they refer, we don’t why ?&lt;br /&gt;Why this would add to costs which would then have to be passed on to our customers.&lt;br /&gt;It also looks   like all these companies would like to lose their customers   or at least help you gain some .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second thought provoking item was an article in the Daily Express ,mentioning that government policy could be to raise retirement age to 67,want some of that me neither.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don’t think you need any more incentive type='text'>Training</title><content type='html'>Training some it's not just something ,it's the only thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On Monday I attended part one training at Edinburgh,although quite a long session,there was a lot of information to take in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There was the usual element of running through the elements of all the services,a bit of role playing,where Rhod Grub tried to throw a few curve balls to his co trainer Chris Weir.&lt;br /&gt;The two of them seemed to have a lot of fun,which must be hard when doing the same course for the umpteenth time.&lt;br /&gt;There was also some question and answer sessions and my favourite bit when I had to stand up and tell my story ,regarding what Iwanted form my Telecom Plus business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A couple of things struck me on this session,as with a previous training I attended there seemed to be few estate agents,and financial advisors attending maybe this is a good area for recruiting future id's.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another thing was that with average savings of £400 for cusstomers,are w not potentailly giving each customer £400 as a gift,a nice way to put it when talking to your prospects.&lt;br /&gt;"I can give you £400 a year back in your pocket without costing you anything" would surely be a good way of focusing your prospect on the benefits of becoming a customer.&lt;br type='text'>Selling</title><content type='html'>Hi&lt;br /&gt;One minor point taught at the college of excellence training,I would disagree with is that we are not in sales.&lt;br /&gt;We are trying to persuade people to leave their current supplier and swap over to Utility Warehouse through our efforts I would argue that this is selling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Having recently bought a Brian Tracy e book on advanced selling techniques, I feel I should try and share some of the points from the book with you.&lt;br /&gt;There are  four stages  to making a sale I'll list these in order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 PROSPECTING&lt;br /&gt;Think about who your customers are likely to be,in our case almost everyone.&lt;br /&gt;Where are they likely to be?&lt;br /&gt;Probably better to stick to your immediate area to keep costs down.&lt;br /&gt;What are you selling?&lt;br /&gt;I would argue that as well as selling discounted utilities,we sell convenience,as in getting all your utilities on 1 smaller bill.&lt;br /&gt;How you prospect is up to you I tend to use approved ads,and leads form previous enquiries,and asking existing customers who they want to call for free.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 Setting the appointment&lt;br /&gt;I don't think this really need any further explanation.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3The Presentation&lt;br /&gt;Basically explaining the services,and looking for any referrals at the same time.&lt;br /&gt;Be sure that any materials you take are up to date and in good condition.&lt;br /&gt;Obviously  turn up smartly dresssed and  a little ahead of time.&lt;br /&gt;Try to let the customer do most of the talking,a rule of thumb is you  have 2 ears and 1  mouth try to  use them in that ratio.&lt;br /&gt;Never knock the opposition,just say something like a good company but the pricing could be keener.&lt;br /&gt;If the customer is asking lots of questions,or suddenly appears friendly, this is seemingly a sign that they are ready to buy.&lt;br /&gt;If the prospect seems a little unsure ask if they have any concerns or need any more information.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 The Close&lt;br /&gt;This is pretty self explanatory,but don't forget to ask for the business,and any referrals at the same time,always valuable as this cuts out prospecting,which can be time consuming and expensive.&lt;br /&gt;Always ,always check that they are happy with the services taken,and if they are this is another good opportunity to look for referrals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the meantime have a think about who best to offer the broadband But, there are times when it is not appropriate. There is a time and a place for everything, including promoting your business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For instance, if you are a member of a news or discussion group, there are generally rules against promoting your business, unless that is what the list is for. So, don’t take advantage of the captive audience or break the rules. That can actually be bad for business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However, some lists have designated days of the week or month when you can shamelessly tell the world about what you do and what you have to offer. This is the time to show them what you’ve got.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Opportunities arise at various times when it is good to promote yourself and your business. For instance, I was with my daughter at the library yesterday and the woman there asked if I was excited about my daughter going into grade one and the fact that she will be in school all day. This was the perfect opportunity to tell her that I run my own home-based business and what I do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Also, a few weeks back we had our water supply guy here filling up our well and we talked about his father’s business. Well, I didn’t give up the chance to say, “Does your father have a website? I can design one for him.” Well, the conversation went from there and I ended up giving him several of my business cards.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My husband is also the owner of a small business; a tow truck and storage business. Well, the other day we had a fellow here delivering gravel for our driveway and, as he is always on the road, I asked him if he sees accidents and such. So, my husband gave him some of his cards and it has paid off already. Yesterday this dump truck drive called to tell my husband about an accident that he had just seen.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, don’t forget your existing clients. Do they know everything that you offer? I have a wonderful steady administrative client that I told a few times about some of the websites I am designing. Well, he was impressed and now we are in talks to design his website. He didn’t know I did website design until I told him. And, this may be true for you as well. Your clients won’t know everything that you can do for them unless you tell them. They may not need any of your secondary services right away, or at all, but they may know someone who does.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My administrative client, which I mentioned above, has now given my name to some of his customers who need help with their office tasks and web design needs.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As I said before, there is a time and a place for shamelessly self-promoting yourself and your business. Be careful not to sound arrogant and don’t be pushy. then,supervisors employers,deciding when you come to work when you leave,when you go on holiday,how much you earn,and when and if you get promoted up the ladder,only to see somebody else head of you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don't forget the older you get the more likely you are to be passed over,experience costs employers more so they prefer a younger person willing to put in the hours for a true. &lt;br /&gt;See who's laughing then at your so called little network marketing business. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seems to me that only a crazy guy would want to cling to security of a job? ,the job for life went out a long time ago.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So in exchange for having the inner strenght and courage to persevere with your network marketing busines you can enjoy true freedom and have a laugh at the stiffs heading off to their secure regular job,enjoying the stressfull commute,the office politics,limited time with the family,which they won't enjoy because they are worrying type='text'>Rich Dad (how the rich think)</title><content type='html'>It was always a bit of a puzzle to me why guys like Richard Branson and Stelios were richer than me ,yet they didn't seem to be miles smarter then me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have always been interested in what makes people tick,so out of curiosity one day I picked a book,called Rich Dad Poor Dad,which basically explains some of the ways ,that the rich think differently from the poor and the middle classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The poor and the middle classes will say things like I can't afford that,while a rich person would think How can I afford that?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Robert Kiyosaki the author uses the contrast between his poor dad a highly educated teacher ,who although he was well paid always struggled financially,and his friends dad (rich dad),who was not so well educated but went on to become one of the richest men in Hawiai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first two books in the series Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Cash flow Quadrant are basically setting the ground work for following books in the series.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Robert uses personal examples from his own background to illustrate many of the points,one of the themes seems to me to be accepting responsibilty for your own life or as he puts it "mind your own business" basically run your life as a business.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Personaly I have found  Retire Young Retire Rich to be one of the most interesting books in the series explaining things like the difference between good debt and bad debt,the need to become financially literate,the need for a plan,and how words are tools for the brain.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Throughout the whole series of books,the chamges both mental and emotional that are needed if you want to be rich,how to avoid being an average investor,among may other things to mention in a blogspot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Along with every book there is a free audio download that expands on the type='text'>Internet  Resources</title><content type='html'>There is no doubt that the training avaliable at our College of Excellence is great,however there is nothing wrong with enhancing your knowledge,especially with regards to sales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despite the stance that there is no seling involved with Telecom Plus I would beg to differ,we are all sales men in some way or another if you think about it,after all didn't you have to persuade your partner/spouse that you were the best bet,thing since slices white bread,isn't that a form of sales?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;An excellent source of information and resources I came across was a site called Unlock The Game,this is owned by a gent called Ari Galper who teaches a system of selling where you actually avoid coming over as  a pushy sales type.&lt;br /&gt;This is something to be avoided at all costs,Ari teaches you how to be an effective solution seller,where you are looking to see what problems you can solve for your customers and potential business partners (ID's or CGA's).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Seems to me that some people come onto this business from their existing field and expect ,to have a similar level of competence and reward,forgetting that they are having to learn and master a totally new set of skills.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's a link to the site and you can make your own judgement questions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you sell your job or pass it on with your estate?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are you paid what you are really worth?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you like or can  you choose the people you work with?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is your job really all that secure?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can you choose when to work?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you like being told what to do?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you actually enjoy your job?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think you'll agree that in most cases apart form the last question the answer is a resounding no.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is probably the main reason most people are unhappy with the get a job situation,there is little to no personal satisfaction to be found in being a wage slave where you are told what to think,the hours you work,who you work with,etc etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By virtue of the fact that you will be paid the going rate for the job maybe a little more if you are lucky,the boss is effectively deciding what clothes you wear,where and when you go on  holiday,and how well you live in general.&lt;br /&gt;Not forgetting in  a lot of cases that when the boss gets it wrong it's the guys at the coal face,that get sacrificed I have personal experince of this as I'm sure most of you do.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All the above and more are mighty good reasons why anybody should take a serious look at joining Telecom Plus and taking 2 or 3 years and building a steady business,that will give them time and financial freedom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once you achieve freedom from salaried  work(paid slavery) you will then be free to look at all the other deals you could only concive of as pipe dreams before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All in return for an hour a days effort on average,and being willing to accept that not everybody you speak to will accept,your offer of saving them money on their utility bills,or joining you as a business partner.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can't imagine why any one would want to accept sacrificing the best part of their life slaving away in an office,factory etc,just to make their boss or company richer and richer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When if they would just step outside their personal comfort zone, be a little different they can build a lifestyle they really want and more importantly enjoy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So if you would like to take a serious look at an opportunity that can help you  build a lifestyle you only dream of just now go to   &lt;a will soon realise that unlike a traditional job where you do some work and get paid either weekly or monthly in your network marketing business the result may follow some time after you have put in the effort,it's aslo possible to build your business while keeping your day job,without putting everything on the line,something your spouse would not like.&lt;br /&gt;It's important to remeber that it may take 3 to 5 years to build your network marketing business to the point where you can leave and go full time.&lt;br /&gt;During this period you will have to juggle all your other
